
EARL WESSON
President






Earl Wesson serves as President of Deploy Development Group, LLC. where he oversees each development project throughout the US Southeast. His responsibilities include client relations, directing all aspects of site acquisition, supervising construction, engineering and legal departments to ensure a smooth development process from the ground up.

Earl is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). He grew up in the Tampa Bay area and is a graduate of University of South Florida. Earl has been in the commercial real estate industry for over 35 years, having served in such diverse capacities as a Florida consultant for Chevron USA Inc., Attorney General's office as an expert witness in eminent domain cases as well as overseeing and directing numerous grocery anchored developments, mixed-use projects including various departments of retail leasing, brokerage and construction development.

Previously, in 1999 Delhaize America – Kash n’ Karry Grocery Stores, Inc. asked Earl to become their Director of Real Estate headquartered in Tampa, Florida to develop strategic plans for new store growth within the State. Earl was responsible for new store site selection, lease negotiations and store development. He was also in charge of the existing Florida portfolio of over 150 grocery stores and surplus properties.
MIA STIERHEIM
Vice President






Mia Stierheim serves as Vice President of Deploy Development Group, LLC. where she is responsible for client servicing, identifying acquisition opportunities, oversees market research and the leasing division. During her 16-year career in commercial real estate, Mia has represented well over 10 million square feet of retail and office properties on behalf of private and institutional clients. Additionally she has completed hundreds of transactions on behalf of tenants she represented. Mia has a proven ability to meet her client’s goals in combination to making an asset desirable.
Before Mia’s entrepreneurial endeavors, she served as Senior Vice President of the Retail Services Division for Colliers International, South Florida. She headed up the retail division, professionally serving property owners, tenants, and developers of numerous mixed-use projects, lifestyle centers and shopping centers throughout the state.

Mia is a native of Miami, Florida and a graduate of Florida State University. Previously, she has served on boards of CREW Miami, Coconut Grove Business Improvement District, Coconut Grove Chamber of Commerce and Chaired the ICSC Miami Program Committee. She was an active member of The Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce, Coral Gables Chamber of Commerce and Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Miami. She was awarded CoStar Group Top Power Broker Award on leasing transactions in Miami-Dade County and Fort Lauderdale, Florida in 2004, 2006, 2007 and 2008.
TUCKER AGUIRRE
Development Partner






Tucker Aguire is an expert in land acquisitions, site selection and contract negotiations. Since his career start in 1985, he has been responsible for site selection and land acquisition for 22 Food Lion shopping centers, numerous multi/single family residential developments and co-developer of approximately 59 pharmacies in Georgia, Tennessee and San Joaquin Valley in California. His expertise also includes a number of other retail developments consisting of free standing credit tenants such as Eckerd Corporation, Krispy Kreme, Blockbuster, and Rite Aid Corporation to list a few.
MEGHAN McDUFF
Marketing Director






Meghan serves as Deploy Development's Marketing Director, where she is responsible for all marketing and brand development strategies. Throughout her real career, Meghan has been both a marketing coordinator and commercial broker specializing in adaptive reuse properties. Her unique background allows her to contribute a wide range marketing knowledge to fit DDG's boutique firm feel.
Meghan is a graduate of Florida State University and holds active Florida and South Carolina real estate licenses. Meghan is involved with numerous networking organizations including the Junior League, various Chambers of Commerce, CREW and the FSU Alumni Association.
